Lorraine holds a Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Administration both from the University of Zimbabwe. She also holds a Diploma in Banking from the Institute of Banking Zimbabwe as well as a Diploma in Project Management. Lorraine is a seasoned banker, with expertise in Corporate banking; Corporate Finance and Leasing. She is in charge of Asset Financing Structures.

Cheryl holds a BSc Honors in Psychology and a Diploma in Business Leadership. She has over twenty years of banking experience in various capacities. She started her career in 1993 with ANZ Grindlays Bank (now Stanbic Bank). She has also worked for FBC Bank, FBC Building Society and Barbican Bank as Back office Manager and treasury dealer. She was with Alpha Asset Management from 2011 to 2017.

Tonderai Murombedzi is a banker with over 20years’ experience of which 10years are at senior management level. He has vast knowledge and experience in Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Operations, Treasury and Credit. Tonderai started off his career with Standard Chartered Bank. Has worked for various banking institutions including Trust Bank, Stanbic Bank, Premier Bank, Capitec Bank (consultant) and Steward Bank where he was Head of Retail Bank and Distribution Channels. Tonderai holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) Robert Kennedy College, Post Graduate Diploma in Management, NUST, Advanced Banking Credit Management Diploma from Damelin (SA) and an Institute of Bankers Zimbabwe diploma (IOBZ).

Pelagia holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Nottingham, UK in association with Opening Learning Centre. She also holds a Bachelor of Business Studies Degree from the University of Zimbabwe and an Institute of Bankers (IOBZ ) Certificate. She is a banker and risk management practitioner with many years’ experience at senior management level. She has vast knowledge and experience in the field of risk management (market risk, credit risk, interest rate risk foreign exchange risk, and operational risk), compliance, and corporate governance and bank operations acquired in the past 17 years. Pelagia has worked for the Supervision and Surveillance Division at the Reserve Bank and at various financial institutions including Banc ABC and the now Steward Bank.

Tambu holds a Bachelor of Accounting Degree from the University of Zimbabwe and is a member of the Association of Chartered Accountants (ACCA). She has extensive experience in auditing, accounting, investments, corporate finance and financial management.

Innocent holds a Bachelor of Business Studies degree from the University of Zimbabwe, Chartered Institute of Secretaries & Administrators Diploma, Institute of Bankers of Zimbabwe Diploma and Credit Management Diploma. He has wide experience in project appraisal, project management, business consultancy and rehabilitation.

Oswell is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Zimbabwe). He has extensive experience in auditing, accounting and financial management through his many years of practice with several high profile institutions. Oswell has worked as Group Finance Director for Zimpapers and as Finance Director for Air Zimbabwe. He is a Non-Executive Director of Metbank Limited and several other companies.

A career advertiser with over 20 years experience working on global and local brands such as Standard Chartered, Barclays, Reckitt Benckiser, Seedco, National Foods, Bakers Inns and Nestle. Mrs Nyati brings a wealth of experience in the development of brands and marketing strategies. Since 2015 she was at the helm of Primedia Outdoor Zimbabwe, with particular focuson growing the brand footprint and sales in country.Mrs Nyati holds a Bachelors of Technology in Management from the University of Zimbabwe. She is further a co-founder and non – Executive Director of VOST Brand Activations who have partnered with Unilever to carry out their CSR program for the renovations of public and community toilets with local governments in Zimbabwe and Zambia.

Bernard holds a Master’s in Business Administration (“MBA”) degree and a Bachelor of Business Studies (Honors) degree from the University of Zimbabwe. He has a distinguished career in banking and finance. Over the years and in various capacities, he was instrumental in the successful closure of many corporate transactions.

Happymore is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators and a professional member of Alumni-London Business School (Executive Management Programme). He is a member of Private Sector Advisory Panel Committee (“PASP”) of the International Cotton Advisory Committee (“ICAC”) and is an Executive Director of Cosmos Capital Limited and several other companies.

Lynott is a Chartered Accountant with 4 years auditing experience and 10 years commercial experience at management level. Lynott holds Bachelor of Accounting Science degree , Zimbabwe Certificate Theory in Accounting and Bachelor of Accountancy Honors degree. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA).

Chriswell holds a Master of Science degree in Information Systems Management from University of Liverpool (UK) and a double Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Computer Engineering from University of Amsterdam (Netherlands) and University of Sunderland (UK). He has over 15 years of experience in IT Security Management, Computer Information Systems, Systems Engineering and Forensic Auditing. He has been instrumental in building IT infrastructures of various blue-chip companies and institutions including IBM, African Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF) and World Bank.

Jennifer is a Chartered Accountant and also holds a B Compt. Honours from UNISA. She is currently a consultant and the founding partner at Capvest Business Consultants, a financial services company that is comprised of highly skilled professionals from diverse backgrounds. Jennifer has more than 18 years’ experience, with extensive working knowledge of corporate finance, Investment banking, structured finance, portfolio management, administration, financial and audit management. She has had a successful career in finance, accounting and investment banking with leading corporates in Zimbabwe

Never is a retired banker turned businessman with more than 35 years banking experience in Zimbabwe and the region. He has specific skills in areas of strategic and general management, corporate and investment banking, trade finance, credit risk management and business development. Never Holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Wales and Manchester Business School. He also holds diplomas from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Zimbabwe and Institute of Bankers in Zimbabwe.

Maureen is a registered legal practitioner, notary public and conveyancer. She has a wealth of experience in commercial law and banking and financial services regulation. Maureen holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) (LLBS) and a Masters in Laws (LLM) in International Business Transactions.
